Evaluate and execute business plans and processes for operational and/or financial effectiveness.May independently or in collaboration with the Gift Securities Director, human resources manager, guide, interpret, and implement human resources policies, procedures, and programs for Gift Securities.Ensure work completion within schedule and constraints. Responsible for hiring and retaining staff, career coaching, personal development for direct reports and accountable for the performance of employees. Manage staff in the day-to-day operations for functional area(s) of responsibility.Our mission is to deliver unparalleled customer service for donors so their giving experience is positive, flawless, and fulfilling. May manage service center with responsibility for overall success. This role will report to the Director of Gift securities and manage staff at least 50% of the time to achieve goals and objectives. Provide management and coordination of administrative and operations-related functions for Gift Securities, Controller’s Office, Financial Management Services. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The expected pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per annum.
